We provide a unique catering experience for your party as we cook our wood fired pizzas at your home or party venue. Your guests are served directly from our piping hot ovens.
Choose from our extensive pizza selection as well as regional platters and our famous “Ed LA Douettes” – scrumptious chicken portions marinated in our “secret recipe” barbecue sauce.
We have something to tempt even the most fussy taste buds. From the kids’ favourite “Tropicana” to the indulgent “Peking” ( juicy duck, feta cheese, spring onion and a splash of chili oil and hoisin sauce). We even offer “gluten free“ bases if requested.
Our Adelaide party catering service includes 9-inch gourmet pizzas (minimum of 70), napkins , paper plates and our skilled staff making sure no one misses out.
We arrive about 90 minutes prior to your preferred serving time to crank up the oven and remain for two hours with the option for extended times.
And by the odd chance there’s some pizzas left over, we’ll have those prepared as well. Cooked how you like it, for your guests to eat later or boxed ready for the trip home.
To enjoy All Fired Up Pizzas at your next party, all we need is access to a suitable power point and room for us to set up our wood-fired oven trailer!
